Our high quality stainless steel molds are ideal because of they heat up quickly and don't retain heat during the annealing cycle- very handy! Our "Hand Spun" stainless steel mold series is guaranteed for 1,000 firings. It is not surprising then that most commercial benders prefer Stainless Steel Molds. All of our steel molds are designed to produce multiple shapes. Most will accommodate bending glass both over or into the form, with the exception of Floral Former and Short Former, which are designed for bending over only. Pre-drilled vent holes are provided where necessary and basic instructions are included.
